The CNC manufacturing process

Step 1. Client's needs.
This client describes to the best of their ability what they have and what they think they need.

Stage 2. Detailed design.
I design a solution based on their brief and sometimes I give the client more than one option.

Stage 3. Material purchased.
After the design is approved the material is purchased and cut files are created.

Stage 4. Cutting.
The CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) cuts out the parts. This photo is the machine cutting wagon wheel spokes for the play 'Fiddler on the Roof'

Stage 5. Assembly & finishing.
The parts are assembled and the project is finished.

Stage 5. Delivery & installation.
The project is delivered and/or installed.
